Charles Peak-SmylieWith 15 years of consulting and 10 years of operational experience, I specialise in complex transformation engagements for global companies based both in the UK and abroad. My clients share a common desire to bridge the gap between strategy and flawless implementation- integrating the "what" and the "how". Working as an individual client side Transformation Director/Director of Change or mobilising and leading joint client and consulting project teams, I specialise in designing and delivering engagements that cover the full spectrum from concept to concrete performance. I lecture at Oxford Brookes University in project management, strategic management and business ethics.
