All our consultants have experience of both consulting and of working in large businesses as managers. All have over 10 years of work experience and most have postgraduate and professional qualifications. 

Charles Peak-Smylie

With 15 years of consulting and 10 years of operational experience, I specialise in complex transformation engagements for global companies based both in the UK and abroad. My clients share a common desire to bridge the gap between strategy and flawless implementation- integrating the "what" and the "how". Working as an individual client side Transformation Director/Director of Change or mobilising and leading joint client and consulting project teams, I specialise in designing and delivering engagements that cover the full spectrum from concept to concrete performance.

Håkan Arnlund

Håkan is a hands-on and practical Business Change and Transformation Leader with experience in defining and implementing local or multi-national organisational change in a range of sectors, including Telecomms, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, utilities, financial services, industrial manufacturing and the public sector.  Extensive experience in organisational assessments, Blueprint and organisation design, Transformation, change management and people transition.
Skilled in quickly assessing the situation and the issue, identifying the root causes and kick-starting the Transformation programme to address them. Håkan has advised organisations in Swedish, English and German across Europe, North America and Asia.

Celia Peak-Smylie

Celia joined Corum in 1999. After graduating with an Msc in pharmacology, her early career was in sales for financial services clients, including Rothschild, Eagle Star, Nat West and John Charcol. After 10 years of this she moved into HR consulting and outplacement work.

During her MBA at Cranfield she qualified as a graduate member of the IPD, as well as level A and intermediate level B in Psychometric Assessment from the British Psychological Society.

Since leaving Cranfield she has worked as a consultant for Hay Management Consultants and other consultancies, on competency development, executive coaching and compensation & benefits projects.

Peter Domican

Peter is a highly experienced change professional with experience in both commercial and consultancy roles working with senior stakeholders in global companies.  
Peter’s experience includes strategy development, marketing and operational improvement with a particular emphasis on the use of technology e.g. customer contact and workflow. He is also an accomplished programme manager.
